Yesterday Darling sms me...Confirm he's going to Israel for 10days from 14th Dec to 23rd Dec for work..Actually he already told me few weeks back tat he might be send over there but as his direct boss couldn't decided to send him anot so it was till yesterday tat the few big bosses got together to have a meeting than decide to send him....
This is the 1st time Darling is being send overseas for work & at such a long period(for me!!)..previously when he was with navy,only tat occ sailing & mostly are for 1 night nia...those longer wans like 2-3days was before any of our Rs came along...so this time round it's really special as in it's the 1st working trip after he joined this new company & also the 1st after both Rs arrivals.....
AND....yesterday was already the 3rd....left with 11 days nia & his special passport not done yet,haven went to shop for his winter clothings...haiz...but on the good side,he got a $700 winter clothings allowence...hehe....so we no need to have such a big headache chosing his winter clothes....
went to the Israel tourism webby & found out the weather over there on average is like 8-14 degree for Jerusalem(being the coldest) & 13.2-21.5 degree for the Dead Sea region(being the warmest....although no snow but it will be a very rainy kind of weather over there..hmm..a new experience from wat we experience in Singapore.........
